Mindful Monday Morning Meditation - Every week @ 7AM (EDT)
Please join me in starting the week with mindfulness and compassion. This 30(ish)-minute session will include basic mindfulness meditation instruction as well as different practices each time for cultivating both self-love and compassion for others.
